Refund Policy
Wattana Medical & Wellbeing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Health Smile Co., Ltd.) is pleased to refund the full amount in the event that the company fails to deliver products / services as specified by the company. – Refund period
In case the customer pays the full amount or pays in installments via a credit card of a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the company will submit a refund request to the bank. The refund will depend on the policy of each bank. Normally, the cardholder will receive the refund in the next billing cycle.
