2. Service procedures

2.1 Add friends via Line official account or Facebook messenger or other channels.

After contacting through various channels, the Company will record basic information in the system for future communication, delivery of medical information, notification of test results, and others as the Company deems appropriate and the contact consents. 2.2 Ask for information to select the most appropriate examination items for each individual.

The officer will ask for information, recommend packages and various services as requested by the contact without any charge. However, in some cases, if the information requires a specialist doctor to answer, there will be an additional charge for consulting a specialist doctor. Once the examination item is selected, various information will be asked according to our specified standards, which are in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Public Health. 2.3 Make an appointment, pay a deposit, and wait for service at home nationwide.

The appointment process and the advance appointment period will depend on each examination item, which are different. Our staff will always inform you again before making an appointment. When making an appointment for the date, time, and location, selecting the desired examination items, and filling in the required information completely, you will be notified of the deposit payment before providing the service. The payment policy for the deposit and various service fees will be as follows: Payment channel When the scheduled date arrives, staff will provide the service, or in some cases, the person being examined will collect the items sent for examination by themselves. Then, the test kit will be sent back to the examination center to check the quality and standards of the items sent for examination again.

  • In the event that the quality of the specimen does not pass the standard criteria, the person being examined will be notified to collect the specimen again.
  • In the event that the quality of the items sent for examination passes the standard criteria, the remaining payment will be requested for further examination.

3. Procedure for receiving test results

When the test results are out and verified, the company will notify the test results via the online channel that the testee contacted and send the test results as original documents by post. The waiting period for the test results is as follows:

  • General health examination results: Results will be reported within 1-7 days after the blood test is completed.
  • Down syndrome and fetal chromosome screening results (NIPT, NIFTY): Results are reported within 5-14 days (generally no more than 10 days) after the blood test is completed.
  • Sexually Transmitted Disease Test Results (STDs multiplex PCR): Results will be reported within 24-48 hours after the test specimen is returned to the center.
  • Paternity test results: Results will be reported within 7-14 days after the test items are returned to the center.
  • Organizational health examination results: Report results within 30 days after blood test is completed.

Conditions for submitting test results

  • The company will only conduct the inspection after the payment has been verified (except in the case of corporate health examination results, the payment period will be within 30 days after receiving the results).
  • Once the company has received the payment, it will conduct inspections of the items received in accordance with international standards.
  • When the test results are out, the team will inform the test recipients via the online channel that the test recipients contacted. Then, the test results will be sent as a document via registered mail once a day, except for public holidays. However, if the delivery cannot be made on that day, the company reserves the right to deliver the product on the next business day.
  • Once the test results have been sent via registered mail, the officer will confirm the delivery along with the tracking number via the online channel that the person being tested contacted.
    • Send by registered mail by Thailand Post Public Company Limited. Normally, the test results will arrive at the destination within the next 5-7 days.
    • In case you do not receive the test results within 2 weeks, please inform us via the online channel through which the person being tested contacted.
  • Terms of responsibility for product delivery
    • The company reserves the right to delay delivery of test results, but not more than 3 business days, and will inform customers of the delay.
      Delays that occur
    • Once the product has been sent, Thailand Post Public Company Limited will be responsible for any damages that occur.
    • In the event that the test results are returned to the company due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer must pay for the re-delivery fee.
