Nowadays, paternity testing has become an important and accessible process for families seeking assurance of biological relationships. This test not only provides genetic clarity, but also reduces anxiety and social stigma. At Health Smile, we provide convenient paternity testing services nationwide. The process is quick and easy, yet cost-effective, giving families peace of mind without any hassle. Health Smile’s paternity testing process, which does not require legal documentation, is divided into two types: 1. Self-test and 2. Our staff will provide the service. Details of each method are as follows:
1. DNA testing to prove paternity by yourself
Those who wish to get tested can get a DNA test kit to prove paternity by themselves at LINE ID: @HealthSmile
- Please provide your full name (anonymous name is acceptable), address, and telephone number for delivery of the test kit (there is a 500 baht deposit for the test kit).
- The company delivers the test kit via private transport to the address mentioned.
- Those who wish to be tested can collect the specimen themselves using the DNA collection stick in the test kit, following the instructions provided.
- After storing properly, the person who wishes to inspect must return all the equipment to the company according to the procedures provided.
- The company will inspect the quality of the test kits.
- If the quality of the items sent for examination is good, the officer will contact you to pay the remaining examination fee.
- It is recommended to pay within 24 hours as prolonged storage can cause the DNA to deteriorate.
- In the event that the quality of the sample sent for examination does not pass, the staff will contact you to inform you and send you a new test kit free of charge. If the quality of the sample sent for examination in the second round does not pass the quality criteria, the company will refund half of the deposit (250 baht).
- If the quality of the items sent for examination is good, the officer will contact you to pay the remaining examination fee.
- After paying the remaining test fee, the company will conduct a standard DNA test.
Limitations on reporting DNA test results to prove paternity by yourself
Because self-examination is a convenient, private, and cost-effective method, the results of a paternity test using the self-collection method cannot include the name of the person being examined, as we cannot verify who is being examined. Therefore, this method cannot be used as a legal document.
2. Appointment for DNA testing to prove father-child relationship without using legal documents.
Those who wish to undergo a DNA test to prove paternity can make an appointment via Line ID: @HealthSmile to schedule an appointment and provide additional personal information.

- Make an appointment for a date and time for the officer to collect the items for examination and pay a deposit of 500 baht when the appointment date is set.
- When making an appointment for a DNA test to prove paternity, if the child being tested is not yet of legal age, consent from the child’s mother or legal guardian must always be obtained.
- If one or all of the mothers or legal guardians do not consent, the officer will not be able to enter to give the examination.
- It is recommended to have a DNA test to prove paternity by yourself instead.
- The officer will collect the items for examination and confirm your identity if you wish to include your name on the test results.
- Pay the remaining amount to the Admin after collecting the items for examination (the company does not accept cash payments).
